Frequently Asked Questions

To request access to a specific tool, create a ticket in the Jira Service Request portal and specify the tool name, your reason for access, and any relevant project details. Your request will be reviewed by the appropriate team.

When reporting an issue, please include: (1) A clear description of the problem, (2) Steps to reproduce the issue, (3) What you expected to happen, (4) What actually happened, (5) Screenshots if applicable, and (6) Any error messages you received.

Simple requests are typically processed within In-Progress business days. More complex infrastructure or service requests may take In-Progress business days depending on the requirements and approval process. Urgent requests should be marked as high priority in the ticketing system.
